Before making my modular synthesizer I made this modular guitar effects system seen in the photos on this page.
I was into making guitar effects, but I quickly realized that I didn’t really need each effect to be housed in individual boxes with independent power or even bypass switches. I made these modules by cutting up blank panels for 19” racks.
